GonnaBe

Hank Leber is a touring musician turned adman turned entrepreneur.

Most recently: he founded Agency Nil – the world's first crowdsourcing-based advertising agency – in 2009. Also founded Phone2Food.org - helping fight famine in East Africa by allowing people to donate used electronics. Hank was a strategic planner in advertising for a number of years before founding GonnaBe, having worked on major brands including: Lexus, Nationwide Insurance, Travelocity, Anheuser-Busch, Sherwin-Williams, Coldwell Banker, and Wrigley's.

Justin is co-founder and lead developer at GonnaBe, where he satisfies his insatiable desire to solve complex problems with creativity. Prior to GonnaBe he worked in advertising at Team One (Saatchi & Saatchi) as a creative technologist working for brands such as Lexus, The Ritz Carlton and Haagen Dazs.

He was amongst the inaugural class to graduate from the master's program Boulder Digital Works at the University of Colorado. Justin also received a B.S. in Management and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado. He holds the world record for highest altitude ever attained with a 12" candy cane without mechanical assistance.

As a founding member of GonnaBe, Heather employs her experience as lead visual and user experience designer. She is fascinated by people and what makes them tick. In particular, she is interested in human behavior as it intersects between the digital and physical worlds.

Before building a startup, she worked in advertising at Team One and Made by Many, where she cultivated brands such as: Lexus, The Ritz-Carlton, AOL and Skype. She got her first taste of the startup world at Boulder Digital Works, a master's program at the University of Colorado.
